  • During high-volume periods (sales, holidays, or new launches), processing may take longer.

 

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.

  • Estimated delivery times:

    • Standard Shipping: 2-5 business days

    • Expedited Shipping may be available

Please note: delivery times are estimates and may be impacted by carrier delays, customs, or factors beyond our control.

 

3. Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

  • Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear.

 

4. Shipping Destinations

  • We currently ship to domestic U.S. destinations.

  • Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees for international orders.

 

5. Shipping Issues

  • Fyntiq Beauty is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are with the carrier.

  • If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We will assist where possible.

 

6. Incorrect Addresses

  • Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
