1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items (such as opened skincare or beauty products) cannot be returned.

 

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used beauty products.

  • Gift cards or promotional items.

  • Sale or clearance items (if marked as final sale).

 

3. Refunds

  • Approved returns will be refunded to your original method of payment after we receive and inspect the item.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If your order included free shipping, the original shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.

 

4. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged.

  • If you need to exchange a defective or damaged product, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

 

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
